Our Areas of Practice

Personal Injury

Whether you have been in a car accident, motorcycle accident, slip and/or trip and fall, physically assaulted, or have suffered bodily injury as the result of another’s actions, we got you covered. It is important that you speak with an attorney before you try to deal with it on your own. In our experience, almost every case that a client tried to deal with on their own before seeking our help, only ended up making their claim weaker and first impressions are everything in personal injury cases. With over 30 years of experience, our office can provide the legal representation that you deserve and get you compensation.

Real Property Law

There are many legal issues that arise in owning, renting, purchasing, and leasing real property, and we are experienced attorneys that can provide you the right legal assistance in resolving these issues. As real estate attorneys, we have seen almost every issue and can lead you in the right direction. From wrongful foreclosures, home title theft, breach of contract, title/ownership disputes, premise liability, and solar panel disputes, we are here to help.

Elder Abuse

Most of us have heard of Elder Abuse or have maybe even been a victim of Elder Abuse. In California, there are certain statutory rights that are afforded to those that are 65 years of age or older that offer greater protection from financial and physical harm. Unfortunately, the typical elder abuse claim involves either a caregiver, such as a nursing home or a close relative or “friend”. If you or a loved one believe you have been a victim of elder abuse, please contact us before it is too late. We have seen too many cases of elder adults being swindled out of their homes and life savings, abused, and/or neglected by the very ones that were supposed to care for them.

Integrated experience in a number of cases

It might sound like are areas of practice are wide-ranging; however, many of our cases generally involve more than one area of law. For example, if you trip and fall at a grocery store, this is generally known as premise liability, which requires the knowledge of real property law and personal injury law. And of course, elder abuse and personal injury overlap, and technically elder abuse could be classified under personal injury as well. However, financial elder abuse claims can, and usually do, involve the taking of one’s home by a family member or “friend”, and so our experience in both elder abuse and property law allows for us to better handle claims for our clients that many other law firms can’t. So for the integrated experience, call us for a consultation.
